Simz is a product of AM International.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the simz.run website and the Simz waitlist (the "Service"), operated by AM International ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
About Simz
Simz is a QA testing platform that is currently in pre-launch. This website provides information about what we are building and lets you join a waitlist to register interest. No paid product is sold through this website yet, and access to the product is not guaranteed.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
The waitlist and early access
Joining the waitlist lets us contact you about early access. It does not guarantee that you will receive access, that access will arrive by any particular date, or that any specific features or pricing will be available. Any pricing shown on the site is indicative, subject to change, and does not constitute an offer.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data except as expressly permitted.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Introduce malware or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
Intellectual property
The Service and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Simz name and marks, are owned by AM International or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the site for your own informational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

The Service relies on third parties (for example, a form-processing service and a hosting provider) and may link to third-party websites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold AM International harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
